Ingredients

- 1 large beef brisket
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/2 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brisket juice
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 dash heinz 57 steak sauce
Recipe
- 1 place brisket in covered pan with aluminum foil or lid with sauce mixture of 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup catsup, 1/4 cup syrup, and 2 tbsp salad oil.
- 2 bake in 225°f oven for 8 hours.
- 3 mix barbecue sauce and serve warm over sliced brisket.
