Baby Spinach And Egg Muscle Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils, rinsed (canned)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (simple honey mustard salad dressing or use newman's own lighten up honey mustard dressing)

Recipe

  • 1 toss together spinach, blueberries, and lentils; top with walnuts and egg slices.
  • 2 drizzle with dressing.
