Baby Heirloom Tomato & Bluecheese Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 pints small heirloom tomatoes, cut in 1/2
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 10 leaves basil, chopped
  • 1 bunch oregano, chopped
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 make dressing of last 6 items, refrigerate. combine the rest of ingredients, toss with dressing & serve.
