- 2 pints small heirloom tomatoes, cut in 1/2
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- 10 leaves basil, chopped
- 1 bunch oregano, chopped
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 make dressing of last 6 items, refrigerate. combine the rest of ingredients, toss with dressing & serve.
