Ingredients
- 2 cos lettuce
- 825 g pear halves, canned
- 180 g feta
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- water
Recipe
- 1 wash and cut baby cos (lettuce).
- 2 drain pears and slice.
- 3 place both in a large bowl.
- 4 crumble feta over salad and mix.
- 5 for the sour cream, i mix a little water to make it a little runnier.
- 6 mix all through and serve; yum!
