Awesome Easy Chicken Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
  • 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box chicken rice-a-roni
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced
  • 1 (11 ounce) can marinated artichokes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice according to instructions and cool completely.
  • 2 add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
  • 3 refrigerate for at least 1 day prior to serving.
