- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup walnut oil
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine mustard, shallots, apple juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 2 whisk in olive oil and walnut oil.
