Almendras Saladas (salted Almonds - Tapas)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almonds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon spanish sweet paprika
  • olive oil, for frying

Recipe

  • 1 pour 1 inch depth of olive oil into a saucepan and heat to 380 degrees.
  • 2 fry the almonds until lightly golden.
  • 3 drain, sprinkle with the salt and paprika and mix well.
  • 4 place in small bowl for tapas serving. (let cool slightly before serving.).
