Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 chop cabbage into small bite size pieces. grate carrots. chop onion into fine pieces. chop celery into fine pieces. toss into bowl.
  • 2 mix vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. mix into veggies.
  • 3 refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  • 4 you can also add dry noodles for a bit of crunch, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (try them toasted for a bit of flavor)!
