Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients

- 1/2 head cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 chop cabbage into small bite size pieces. grate carrots. chop onion into fine pieces. chop celery into fine pieces. toss into bowl.
- 2 mix vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. mix into veggies.
- 3 refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- 4 you can also add dry noodles for a bit of crunch, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (try them toasted for a bit of flavor)!
