Artichoke-crab Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 artichokes, cooked
  • 12 ounces crabmeat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip light

Recipe

  • 1 slice artichokes and line a salad bowl with them.
  • 2 combine remaining items and mix well.
  • 3 spoon over artichokes.
  • 4 serve.
