Blue Cheese Dressing- Low Fat

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (dry)
  • 1 small garlic clove, mashed
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon low-fat milk (to thin)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first six ingredients in food processor.
  • 2 add milk to desired thinness.
  • 3 blend till smooth.
