Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (dry)
- 1 small garlic clove, mashed
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon low-fat milk (to thin)
Recipe
- 1 combine first six ingredients in food processor.
- 2 add milk to desired thinness.
- 3 blend till smooth.
