Blue Apple Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 granny smith apples (julienned)
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 lb cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cucumber (peeled and diced small or julienned)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup craisins or 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Recipe
- 1 cook the bacon and crumble and set aside.
- 2 julienne apples and toss with your lemon juice to prevent fruit from turning brown.
- 3 toss in the remaining ingredients including bacon and top with dressing.
- 4 chill and eat.
