Beer Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 12 ounces beer (divided)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 9 ingredients, but only half of the beer.
  • 2 form into small balls and brown in oil.
  • 3 sprinkle soup mix over meatballs and remaining beer and water.
  • 4 cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • 5 serve or rice or noodles.
