Beer Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 12 ounces beer (divided)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 combine first 9 ingredients, but only half of the beer.
- 2 form into small balls and brown in oil.
- 3 sprinkle soup mix over meatballs and remaining beer and water.
- 4 cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- 5 serve or rice or noodles.
