Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, mild & fruity
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- cracked pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix garlic into the oil and rest for several hours to remove the harsh garlic edge.
- 2 add the other ingredients and shake well in a jar.
- 3 the dressing should be used within several days or refrigerated, as garlic will go rancid.
