Apple, Almond & Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- romaine lettuce
- watercress (i use red leaf if i can't find watercress)
- 2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 red apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup toasted almond
Recipe
- 1 mix salad greens, blue cheese, apples and toasted almonds in a bowl.
- 2 process dressing ingredients in a blender and serve over salad.
