Blue Smoke’s Iceberg Wedges With Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • crumbled bacon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl. whisk together. then fold in the cheese and parsley.
  • 2 cut the lettuce into four wedges. pour the dressing on top.
