Ingredients

- 1 beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green capsicum (pepper)
- lettuce
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 chop vegetables into even sized pieces and mix together.
- 2 sprinkle with vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil.
- 3 add salt and toss.
