Baked Veggie Tex Mex Burritos

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons kraft extra virgin olive oil aged balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup kraft tex mex shredded cheese, divided
  • 4 flour tortillas, warmed (10 inch)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350.
  • 2 in large saute pan over medium heat.
  • 3 saute vegetables in the salad dressing until just cooked.
  • 4 add salsa and heat through.
  • 5 add 1/2 cup of the cheese.
  • 6 stir until melted.
  • 7 lay tortillas on flat surface.
  • 8 divide veg mixture among them.
  • 9 fold each into burritos.
  • 10 place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 11 sprinkle remaining cheese over.
  • 12 bake for 15-20 min or until just crisp.
  • 13 add toppings of your choice.
