- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 serve soon, before the apple discolors.
- 3 you could use rasbberry vinegar for an interesting flavor.
