Apple Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 serve soon, before the apple discolors.
  • 3 you could use rasbberry vinegar for an interesting flavor.
