Ingredients

- 3 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 peel, halve and core the cucumbers.
- 2 slice diagonally into 1/4 in slices.
- 3 add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
