Asian Cooked Cabbage Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage

Recipe

  • 1 mix together well, the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  • 2 heat the oil and crushed red pepper over medium high heat.
  • 3 when the oil is hot, add the cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage just starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
