Asian Peanut Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (may substitute lime or orange)
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 wisk together until thoroughly mixed.
  • 3 use immedately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
