Ingredients

- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons mustard, spicy preferred
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well-blended.
- 2 use 1 to 2 tbsp as dressing for your salad or use as a dipping sauce.
