Back In Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a pot or a skillet.
- 2 combine the beans and veggies in the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 pour into a bowl and top with cheese and sour cream. add spices if desired.
- 4 have a fiesta in your mouth!
