Ingredients

- 12 ounces canned tuna
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1 pickle, diced
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder
- alfalfa sprout
Recipe
- 1 drain tuna.
- 2 place all ingredients except for sprouts into a bowl and mix well.
- 3 add sprouts to sandwich.
