- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup italian dressing
- pepperoncini pepper (to garnish)
- pitted olive (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 toss lettuce, pepperoni, onion and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl.
- 2 toss with dressing.
- 3 plate salad and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 4 garnish with pepperoncini and olives.
