Asian Spinach Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together 6 tablespoons olive oil with sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. set this sauce aside.
  • 2 heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
  • 3 stir in noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds. cook until golden brown. let cool.
  • 4 toss spinach and chopped onions in a large bowl. add sauce and noodle mixture.
  • 5 serve immediately.
