Asian Spinach Salad

Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, broken
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach leaves
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 whisk together 6 tablespoons olive oil with sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. set this sauce aside.
- 2 heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
- 3 stir in noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds. cook until golden brown. let cool.
- 4 toss spinach and chopped onions in a large bowl. add sauce and noodle mixture.
- 5 serve immediately.
