Ingredients
- 3 lbs roma tomatoes (fresh and diced)
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 14 ounces quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 7/8 ounces sliced black olives
- 1/2 lb cubed ham
- 1/2 lb cubed turkey
- 1/4 lb thick sliced and finely diced genoa salami
- 12 ounces of zesty italian salad dressing roasted garlic italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1 (3/8 ounce) package good seasons italian dressing (dry mix)
- 16 ounces mild pepper rings, with juice
- garnish with feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix together in stainless steel bowl. store any leftovers in refrigerator.
