Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs roma tomatoes (fresh and diced)
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 14 ounces quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 7/8 ounces sliced black olives
  • 1/2 lb cubed ham
  • 1/2 lb cubed turkey
  • 1/4 lb thick sliced and finely diced genoa salami
  • 12 ounces of zesty italian salad dressing roasted garlic italian vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 (3/8 ounce) package good seasons italian dressing (dry mix)
  • 16 ounces mild pepper rings, with juice
  • garnish with feta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix together in stainless steel bowl. store any leftovers in refrigerator.
