Ingredients

• 1 head lettuce
• 8 almonds, no skin
• 2 maraschino cherries
• 8 marshmallows
• 1 (16 ounce) can pear halves, drained

Recipe

• 1 shred the lettuce. make a bed of lettuce on each plate.
• 2 place a pear half in the center of each lettuce bed, round side up. insert 2 almonds in the narrow end of the pear for the ears. slice a cherry in half and cut each half into 3 parts. insert the cherries to look like the eyes and nose of the bunny. cut marshmallows to look like the tail.
