Ingredients

- 16 green tipped bananas
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup grenadine
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 16 leaves leaf lettuce
Recipe
- 1 mix juice and grenadine well, set aside.
- 2 peel the bananas and slice them, 1/4 " thick rounds, into a clean bowl.
- 3 when ready to serve, pour juice mix over the bananas and mix gently.
- 4 spoon onto leaf lettuce and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
