Baked Chicken Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup french dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips (flavor optional)

Recipe

  • 1 marinate chicken and celery in french dressing for one hour.
  • 2 drain and combine with 1 1/2 cups cheese, grapes and almonds.
  • 3 blend sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper together.
  • 4 pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly to blend.
  • 5 divide into 8 baking dishes.
  • 6 combine potato chips and one cup cheese and cover each dish with 1/4 cup of the mixture.
  • 7 bake 400f 10-15 mins or til heated through.
  • 8 serve immediately.
