Ingredients

- 1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 bottle raspberry ale
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon and crumble, leaving bacon fat in pan.
- 2 deglaze pan with the bottle of raspberry ale (you can substitute or red wine if you prefer).
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 toss with greens and serve.
