5-minute Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
  • 6 sliced kalamata olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)
