Avocado Mango Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cups broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 mangoes, ripe, cubed
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup golden raisin
  • himalayan salt & fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute broccoli in the oil until crisp-tender.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. chill and serve!
