Avery's Favorite Pasta Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 (12 ounce) box tri color rotini noodles
  • 1 dry ranch dressing mix, pack
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped ham (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 boil the noodles according to packaging instructions (or until al dente.).
  • 2 drain and rinse with cold water. set aside.
  • 3 in a large bowl mix the dry ranch packet, mayo, sour cream and parsley.
  • 4 gently fold in the onion, cucumber, ham, peas and noodles until coated.
  • 5 season with celery salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 6 you can interchange the optional ingredients to your liking. i have used this recipe with chopped chicken or even a firm fish like tuna or salmon. you can also keep it vegetarian by adding an array of your favorite veggies. i think it's great with some cold blanched asparagus! i hope you enjoy this recipe!
