- 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot-pineapple preserves
- 1 -1 1/4 ounce lipton onion soup mix
- 2 (8 ounce) jars russian salad dressing
- 1 roasting chicken, cut into pieces
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a large casserole dish.
- 2 add chicken pieces, skin side up.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
- 4 do not cover until chicken gets dark.
