- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch tarragon
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 shred the lettuce and the carrot, mix with sunflower.
- 2 make a dressing by mixing all of the other ingredients.
- 3 mix and enjoy.
