Baked Crab Cakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 scallion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • lemon slice
  • tartar sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 mix all cake ingredients together but crab meat and oil.
  • 3 gently toss in crab meat and form 8 patties.
  • 4 place on sprayed sheet pan then sprinkle each lightly with olive oil.
  • 5 bake for 15 minutes.
  • 6 serve on a bed of lettuce with choice remoulade sauce tartar / seafood sauce salad smokey tartar sauce.
