Asparagus Lobster Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 green asparagus spears (cleaned and trimmed)
  • 6 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1/2 cup bottled vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 (1 1/4 lb) live lobsters

Recipe

  • 1 in a large stock pot bring 8 quarts of salted water to a boil.
  • 2 add lobsters.
  • 3 return to a boil; reduce heat.
