Basic Chicken Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped and cooked chicken meat
  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place almonds in a frying pan.
  • 2 toast over medium-high heat, shaking frequently.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper.
  • 4 toss with chicken, almonds and celery.
