Baked Spicy Fillet Of Fish For One

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 pinch mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 -5 ounces firm fish fillets
  • 15 g butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 place curry and mustard powders, lemon juice, soy sauce and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine.
