Avocado, Tomato And Red Onion Salad

Ingredients

- 2 hass avocadoes, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices each
- 1 lb roma tomato, quartered
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
Recipe
- 1 spread the avocados, tomatoes, onions and parsley on a platter and season with the salt and pepper.
- 2 drizzle with the olive oil and lime juice and serve immediately.
