Ingredients
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 chop all ingredients into small cubes.
- 2 place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
- 3 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 mix together well.
- 5 enjoy!
