Ingredients

- 500 g fresh peas, cooked and cooled
- 2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed trimmed and cooked until just tender
- 3 avocados, peeled and cubed
- 6 mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
- 2 optional - add cubed apple and walnut for a variation.
