- 1 -2 cup green leaf lettuce, torn
- 1/4 cup avocado, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced into thin rings
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1 artichoke heart, chopped
- 1 -2 tablespoon blackberry vinaigrette
Recipe
- 1 arrange lettuce on salad plate.
- 2 arrange remaining ingredients on top of lettuce.
- 3 drizzle with dressing.
- 4 note: this salad would be lovely with edible flowers too.
