- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced diagonally
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
- salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 arrange avocado, apples, and almonds on a serving platter as you wish.
- 2 whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over fruit.
