Alouette Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 -5 medium red potatoes (cooked and cooled)
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons red peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
- 1 alouette aioli
- 1 (12 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
Recipe
- 1 cut potatoes in half.
- 2 place potatoes, scallions, chives, red peppers, and black olives in bowl.
- 3 toss with alouette aioli sauce.
- 4 serve on a bed of salad greens.
- 5 aioli sauce.
- 6 1 pkg.(6.5 oz.) alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese
- 7 6 tablespoons olive oil.
- 8 2 tablespoons vinegar (recommend balsamic).
- 9 1 teaspoons shallots, minced.

- 11 place alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese in medium sized bowl.
- 12 in another bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and shallots until well blended.
- 13 gradually add the vinaigrette mixture to the cheese creating a delicious sauce.
