Alouette Potato Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 medium red potatoes (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons red peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 1 alouette aioli
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag mixed salad greens

Recipe

  • 1 cut potatoes in half.
  • 2 place potatoes, scallions, chives, red peppers, and black olives in bowl.
  • 3 toss with alouette aioli sauce.
  • 4 serve on a bed of salad greens.
  • 5 aioli sauce.
  • 6 1 pkg.(6.5 oz.) alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese
  • 7 6 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 8 2 tablespoons vinegar (recommend balsamic).
  • 9 1 teaspoons shallots, minced.

  • 10 aioli directions:.
  • 11 place alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese in medium sized bowl.
  • 12 in another bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and shallots until well blended.
  • 13 gradually add the vinaigrette mixture to the cheese creating a delicious sauce.
