Ingredients

- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained & flaked
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled seeded & diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients and toss together.
- 2 chill.
- 3 serve on a bed of lettuce.
- 4 and yes that is 1t black pepper.
