Aloha Salmon Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained & flaked
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled seeded & diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and toss together.
  • 2 chill.
  • 3 serve on a bed of lettuce.
  • 4 and yes that is 1t black pepper.
