Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb cooked asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 place cooked asparagus in bowl.
- 2 in seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over asparagus.
- 3 cover and chill for 1 hour.
- 4 drain liquid off before serving.
