Asparagus Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb cooked asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 place cooked asparagus in bowl.
  • 2 in seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over asparagus.
  • 3 cover and chill for 1 hour.
  • 4 drain liquid off before serving.
