Asparagus Salad (lampertheimer Spargelals Salat)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 lb cooked asparagus
  • vinegar
  • chopped parsley
  • sugar
  • 2 chopped hardboiled egg
  • oil
  • salt
  • sour cream (option)

Recipe

  • 1 cover the asparagus with vinegar, oil, parsley, and a little salt and sugar. top with the eggs. a little sour cream may also be added. serve with cooked ham or plain or pickled tongue.
